Mon, Wed & Fri -
8:15-8:45am
A 30 minute stretch and flow based class designed to improve your flexibility, range of motion and function. Bring along a tie or tea towel if have either.
SWEAT BOX
Mon - 6:30-7:00pm
A boxing based HIIT class designed to chew through calories and smash some stress!
STRENGTH
Wed - 6:30-7:00pm
A whole body workout using Bodyweight exercises to improve strength whilst burning calories like a furnace.
IRON CORE
Thurs - 6:30-7:00pm
Circuits circuits circuits! Functional core exercises designed to improve core strength and chisel the abdominals.
BAND BURNER
Fri - 02:30-3:00pm
Grab your resistance band and log in for new exercises every week, whole body workouts changing weekly to keep you on your toes.
